Dear OLMC Families,

This year, Our Lady of Mount Carmel is proud to announce its 3^rd Annual Night to Soar Gala. This is a semiformal event featuring cocktails, charcuteries, silent and live auctions and other fundraising activities. This year we are celebrating 76 years of Christ centered academic excellence

The Gala will be our biggest fundraising event this year as there will be no Festival. We are asking all families to participate by donating items to the Silent and Live Auctions, consider a sponsorship and attend if you are able. Remember without the festival families don’t have to purchase raffle tickets, soda bottles, t-shirts, game tickets or volunteer the day of the festival. We hope to bring the festival back next year, but this year we are putting all our efforts into the Gala.

Our auction will be online again this year so if you are unable to attend in person you may still participate in the auction. Please see the attached sponsorship page and the auction page for classroom basket themes and special auction request we are looking for. Included in the Gala Packet is the Sponsorship and Donation Letters. These both would be great letters for you to submit to your employers, asking for their support of your child’s school.

The Gala is a way for our community to join together and help raise much needed funds to offset the expense of our school. The families are the heartbeat of our Parish and School; you make this a special place, and we are counting on you to help it continue to thrive!

The Silent and Live Auction Needs You!

We are looking for donations to the Silent and Live Auction – every donation helps!

Each Class will be making a basket. Classroom basket themes are on the back side of this paper. Your homeroom parent will be sending an email about your class basket. If you have items you are willing to donate that are not on the list, we will absolutely take them. Please check out the list of MOST needed items.
